On Your Acupuncture Appointment Day:
Please be sure to wear or bring comfortable clothing—sleeves and pants that can be rolled up work well. Do not skip any meals on the day of your appointment, as acupuncture can make you very relaxed, and you may get too relaxed if you have not eaten.
