Jane Gleeson RN MSN L Ac, Licensed and Certified in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine

Acupuncture, Nutrition, and Infertility

Jane Gleeson believes that Mother Nature has put on the Earth everything that we need to thrive and stay healthy. “Food as Medicine” is an important strategy in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), where specific foods are used for healing. When Jane counsels patients about nutrition, she does it from an Eastern (TCM) and Western perspective.

Vitamin pills and “supplements” in pill form can only take us so far — otherwise we could all just go through each day never stopping to eat and just taking pills. We need whole, nutritious food to nourish our bodies. Our bodies need to absorb nutrients and vitamins as the way they are naturally found, that is, in food.

Roll over the foods below to see why they may be recommended for you.
